Egyptian-themed festival at North Surrey church

St. George's Coptic Orthodox Church is hosting its first annual festival on Saturday, Aug. 18 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Egyptian-themed event will feature arts and crafts, Egyptian food, ancient Egyptian souvenirs and memorabilia, photo booth, theatre and media performances, church tours, silent auction, and information sessions. Every guest will receive a gift.

The free event takes place at the church, 13905 108 Ave.
